Eagle One Scoops National Award
Eagle One’s Retail Commercial Manager, Emily Burton joined Eagle One in July 2020, during the grip of the pandemic.
Following a whirlwind first year in the retail industry, the 22-year-old has scooped The Young Achiever of The Year Award at the 2021 SCEPTRE Awards, which recognise best practice in the shopping centre industry, shining a spotlight on the people delivering real excellence.
Tuesday 23rd November saw a glittering awards ceremony held at The Royal Lancaster Hotel in London. Emily was one of seven finalists for the award, competing against illustrious shopping centres such as Cribbs Causeway in Bristol and Clarks Village.
The judges described Emily as a young, ambitious, tenacious individual who approaches her role with genuine care for her colleagues, tenants, stakeholders and shoppers, making her an outstanding individual with a bright future in the retail industry.
