Co-woking brand launches new partnership with The Guild Wiltshire

An exciting new partnership with The IncuHive Group launched on the 8th June providing a flexible co-working and office centre at The Guild.

The CEO of the IncuHive, George Scott-Welsh, welcomed the guests in a friendly speech explaining the concept of the business and their aim in Wilton.

"We were founded seven years ago out of the University of Winchester, where we saw the problem that small businesses and start-ups lacked local business support. IncuHive operates 11 spaces through Surrey and Hampshire, and this is our 12th centre in total but our first site in Wiltshire. Here in Wilton, we have 6000 square feet of space where we look forward to hosting all sorts of events, small business networking, and incumbent tenants we hope to welcome in the coming months.

George explains why this new office space is incredibly close to his heart:

"I was born and raised here and went to school in Salisbury. We've been looking for a site here for a while, but Salisbury was probably a bit hard to get into in terms of the suitable space. We favour slightly larger spaces which are more of a campus-style with parking and a bit of green space. For this reason, Wilton was the natural site for us to locate our next venture. "

He explained their ideal clients are small business owners that usually operate from their garage or their kitchen table:

"Our customers' number one problem is isolation and loneliness. We solve that by creating these dynamic, collaborative communities where all of the companies that work in our spaces interact. We run support workshops and all sorts of events and ensure that those collaborations happen. Without our active and determined effort, people tend to not collaborate in office spaces. That environment happens more naturally here in Wilton, with offices all based around a central courtyard."
